Independent supplement research
Editorial & Evidence Policy
Health and supplement content requires a higher accuracy standard. These are the rules we use.
Source hierarchy
We prioritize authoritative public-health sources, peer-reviewed systematic reviews/meta-analyses and clearly identified seller materials for seller-specific facts. Seller claims are labeled as such.
Evidence boundaries
Ingredient evidence is not presented as finished-product evidence. Animal, mechanistic or observational findings are not silently rewritten as proven clinical outcomes.
Commercial independence
Affiliate compensation can influence which commercially relevant topics we cover, but it does not change our stated evidence standard. We disclose affiliate links.
Updates and corrections
Prices, formulas and policies can change. Commercial facts should be date-stamped and rechecked. Material factual errors should be corrected rather than defended.
